This included calls for officials to take action against instances where rental hosts do not have a required authorization, compliance documents, or tax payments.
If owners are identified to not have the required permits and official paperwork, they face penalties. Non-compliance leads to legal consequences. Every unlicensed properties will disappear overnight.
The message was straightforward: Hosts should take individual responsibility, get registered, and get it done.
